This includes assistance with Blackboard (course content, gradebook, and assessments), technology training (training requests and registration, Cornerstone, LinkedIn Learning, tracking and transcripts), Microsoft 365 training and productivity tools, multimedia production (video recording, captioning, and lecture capture) and digital media creation, and instructional design support for in-person, hybrid, and online courses — including help with course planning, engagement strategies, and accessible content development.

Blackboard is no longer the university's active learning management system. North Carolina A&T State University has transitioned to Canvas as its learning management system (LMS) beginning with the Fall 2026 semester.
