Student and faculty access to Blackboard


Use this service to submit requests for Banner-related changes, issues, or support. This includes system errors, access problems, upgrades, data integrations, automations, or modifications to existing Banner processes or configurations (including Aggie Access Student, Faculty and Employee Dashboards)​.


This standardized process is requesting, approving, granting, reviewing, and revoking privileged access within the University. Privileged Access is defined as any access granting elevated permissions beyond those of a standard user account, including system administrator rights, elevated research computer access, or secure server access.
