Services related to requesting and updating your OneID.


Request an ITS service(s) for a person hired to provide consulting, repair, or support services for a N.C. A&T information resource (e.g., data, application, system, etc.). Do not complete this form for an event vendor which is a person hired to support an upcoming campus event.

The sponsor, a N.C. A&T employee who is responsible for the vendor, has to complete the request which includes accepting conditions at the end of the request.

Submit request at least 5 business days prior to vendor start date to avoid processing delays.

The Phish Alert Button (PAB) in the Outlook ribbon provides a quick, safe way to report suspicious emails. When used, the message is sent to N.C. A&T’s security team for analysis and removed from your inbox. The PAB is an alternative to sending email to informIT@ncat.edu.

Use this service to submit requests for Banner-related changes, issues, or support. This includes system errors, access problems, upgrades, data integrations, automations, or modifications to existing Banner processes or configurations (including Aggie Access Student, Faculty and Employee Dashboards)​.


Request this service for General Computer Support.


Use this service to submit requests for support for data integrations between Banner and third-party systems such as Blackboard, Maxient, Emburse, AggieMart, Bookstore, etc. This includes troubleshooting data flow issues, managing data mapping and transformation, supporting file-based or API-based data exchanges, and ensuring ​scheduled or event-driven data transfers function as expected. This service is only for existing integrations.
