Campus Printing and Support
Access campus printing assistance, PaperCut support, printer troubleshooting, and vendor services for toner, ink, and printer hardware problems.
Service Overview
North Carolina A&T provides printing services across campus to support students, faculty, and staff in academic, administrative, and departmental environments.
The primary campus printing solution is powered by PaperCut. PaperCut allows eligible users to submit print jobs from supported personal and university devices and securely release documents at designated campus printers using their OneID credentials.
Some departments also maintain local, specialized, or multifunction printers and copiers to support specific operational needs. Support for these devices may be provided by ITS, the responsible department, or an approved vendor, depending on the equipment and the type of problem reported.
