Campus Printing Services & Support

Overview

North Carolina A&T provides campus-wide printing through PaperCut, allowing users to print from university devices and release jobs at any supported campus printer.

All users will print to the following queue:

➡️ AggiesFollowMe_CampusPrinter

This service is available across academic buildings, residence halls, and student areas.

 How to Print on Campus
  • Open your document
  • Select Print
  • Choose printer:
    ➡️ AggiesFollowMe_CampusPrinter
  • Send your print job

 Important: Your document will be sent to the print queue, but it will not print until you release it at a campus printer. Users can print from both University Windows (PC) and Mac devices. Setup requirements may differ by device type.

Release Your Print Job
  • Go to any campus printer
  • Log in using one of the following:
    • One ID credentials
    • Banner ID
    • AggieOne Card (Swipe) (coming soon)
  • Select:
    ➡️ Print Release
  • Select your document(s)
  • Tap Print
What You Will See on the Printer Screen
  • After logging in, you will see:

  • Print Release → Release your print jobs
  • Device Functions → Copying and faxing
  • Scan → Scan documents to email
Print Settings (Color & Double-Sided Options)

 Important: Your document will be sent to the print queue, but it will not print until you release it at a campus printer.

By default, printing is set to:

  1. 🎨 Color
  2. 📄 Single-sided (1-sided)


Change Settings at the Printer

Log in at the printer Select Print Release Select your document Adjust settings:

  • Grayscale
  • 2-Sided

Tap Print


Change Settings Before Printing (Recommended)

Select Print Open Printer Properties / Print Settings Change:

  • Color → Grayscale (Black & White)
  • 1-Sided → 2-Sided (Duplex)

Send your print job

Copying, Scanning & Faxing

  Copying

  1. Log in at the printer
  2. Select Device Functions
  3. Select Copy
  4. Adjust settings
  5. Press Start

  Scanning

  1. Log in at the printer
  2. Select Scan
  3. Choose Scan to Email
  4. Confirm your email
  5. Press Start

Important Note: Scans will be sent to your email.


  Faxing (If Available)

  1. Log in at the printer
  2. Select Device Functions
  3. Select Fax
  4. Enter recipient number
  5. Press Start
Ink & Toner Requests
  • Ink and toner support for campus printers are available by clicking here.

Important System Behavior
  • Print jobs remain in the queue for up to 1 hour if not released
  • If not released within that time, the job will be automatically deleted
  • Printer sessions will automatically log out after 30 seconds of inactivity
  • You may need to log back in if the session times out before completing your task
Important Notes
  • Print jobs will not print until released at a printer
  • You can log in using One ID credentials or Banner ID
  • AggieOne Card (Swipe) access will be available in the future
  • Print jobs can be released at any campus printer
  • Printing defaults to color and single-sided unless changed
