Printer Toner / Service Request (Vendor – Systel)

Use this service to request toner replacement or report printer hardware issues for Systel-supported devices across campus.

Requests submitted through this form are sent directly to our authorized vendor, Systel, for processing and fulfillment. These requests are not handled by ITS after submission and will be marked as completed upon receipt.

Please use this service for:

  • Toner or ink replacement
  • Printer/copier hardware errors (e.g., paper jams, error codes, mechanical issues)

Do NOT use this service for:

  • Printing issues (unable to print, jobs stuck, print quality)
  • PaperCut login or print release issues
  • Network or connectivity problems

For the above issues, please submit a Printing Issue / Cannot Print request so ITS can assist.
 

Note: Accurate Systel Equipment ID and location details are required to ensure timely service.
