Use this service for support with campus printing, copying, scanning, faxing, and PaperCut services for students, faculty, and staff.
This includes assistance with:

  • Installing printers or setting up printing on your device (Windows/Mac)
  • PaperCut login and print release issues
  • Print jobs not processing or printers not responding
  • Scan-to-email or fax functionality
  • General printing questions or troubleshooting

Requests submitted through this service are reviewed and supported by the ITS Client Technology Services (CTS) team, with coordination from Enterprise Endpoint Management (EEM) and Network & System Administration (NSA) teams as needed.
Vendor-Supported Requests:
For toner/ink replacement or printer hardware service (e.g., error codes, mechanical issues), please select the Printer Toner / Service Request (Vendor – Systel) option. These requests are sent directly to the vendor for fulfillment.
Knowledge Base articles and self-service resources are available to assist with common printing tasks and may resolve your issue more quickly.
