North Carolina A&T provides a variety of printing services across campus to support students, faculty, and staff in academic, administrative, and departmental environments.
The primary campus printing solution is powered by PaperCut, which allows users to print from personal and university devices and securely release documents at supported campus printers using their One ID credentials.
In addition to campus printing, some departments maintain local or specialized printers to support specific operational needs.
Printing-related services—including printing access, device setup, troubleshooting, and ink/toner or service requests—are supported through the ITS and appropriate service providers.
This page provides guidance for using campus printing services, accessing support, and submitting requests for printer-related issues.
Select Campus Printing Services for:
- Printing issues (unable to print, jobs stuck, print quality)
- PaperCut login or print release issues
- Network or connectivity problems
For the above issues, please submit a Campus Printing Services request so ITS can assist.
Select Printer Toner / Service Request (Vendor – Systel) for:
- Toner or ink replacement
- Printer/copier hardware errors (e.g., paper jams, error codes, mechanical issues)
Note: Accurate Systel Equipment ID and location details are required to ensure timely service.
