Traveling with an electronic device(s) increases the risk that information may be exposed, the device may become infected with malicious software (malware), and/or theft.  Connecting from unfamiliar locations and networks imposes a new threat landscape.

Before traveling, the Information Security Office recommends reviewing the listed travel guidance, tips, and advisories to help protect university and personal devices and data.

This form is provided for you to voluntary disclose where you are traveling in the event the Information Security Office notices behavior with your account that is out of the ordinary. This form does not replace the Office of International Affairs' Travel Registry form.
