The questionnaire will help Information Technology Services (ITS) and a researcher assess data management for a project and identity security control needs and gaps during the proposal process. After reviewing questionnaire responses, ITS will provide feedback on the requirements to implement and maintain the appropriate security controls for the lifecycle of the project.
