The Office Moves & Workspace Technology service provides assistance with preparing, disconnecting, reconnecting, configuring, and testing university-owned technology associated with office relocations and workspace changes.
Whether you are moving to another office, setting up a new employee workspace, relocating an entire department, or making technology changes within an existing office, ITS will coordinate the technology services necessary to prepare your workspace.
ITS coordinates technology-related work including workstation disconnects and reconnects, network connectivity, telephone services, printers, and other supported office technology.
Please Note:
ITS does not provide physical moving services.
Furniture, boxes, office contents, and building-to-building transportation of equipment must be coordinated through Facilities Management or your department before ITS reconnects and tests technology.
Depending on the services requested, your request may involve multiple ITS teams working together to complete your technology setup.
